Where do orders ship from?
PantryVela orders ship from our partner fulfillment warehouses — some located in the United States, and a few items from our international partners. When an item ships internationally, it's noted on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days for items shipping from our US warehouses. Items shipping from our international partners typically arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
How do returns work?
Not happy with your gadget? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Just reach out through our Contact page and we'll sort it out quickly — no hassle, no hard feelings.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking number hasn't arrived within 2 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
