Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Most items ship from our US partner warehouses. Some items ship from our international fulfillment partners, including in China, and take longer to arrive — when an item ships internationally, it's noted on its product page.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Items shipping from our US warehouses typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Items shipping from our international partners typically arrive within 7–15 business days. If your order includes both, the items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping rates

Many of our items ship free. Where a shipping charge applies, it's a flat $6.95 — and orders of $50 or more ship free. Your exact shipping total is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@pantryvela.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and reshipment fees may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us right away at support@pantryvela.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
